Mcdonald's

A lovely place to go with my children. Very friendly staff and clean place. Also, I had lost my wallet during my time there, returned an hour later looking for it, and the staff kept my wallet safe. Nice and honest place. I am very grateful to them, they made my kids day with face painting and a lot of entertainment, and mine for saving me a lot of headaches by recovering all my documentation. Highly recommended. Thank you McDonald's.

I’ve been getting breakfast here regularly and average about one visit a month on a Saturday. The kiosks are easy to use and staff are polite. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating and it is kept clean. Toilets are also tidy. However, as I only come here in the morning around 8AM, I can’t comment on how busy it can get later in the day. My experience is a tasty McMuffin breakfast in a quiet and relaxing setting.

Fancied a quick bite on a Saturday afternoon. Never seen the place so packed. Ordered at the counter as needed to note dietary requirements. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Was told food could take up to 20 minutes but thank goodness for table service. We like this restaurant, so much better than the Brent Cross one, where its pretty horrendous. Will return again someday.

By far this has got to be one of the better McDonald's branches i have seen in North London as i assume its been recently refurbished so it looks very pleasing to the eye. We went in quite late an a friday evening and you couldnsee the cleaning staff dont take no half measures as they were cleaning everywhere as we were still inside as were a few people they had blocked of one section and scrubbing away EVERYWHERE it looked immaculate so no words to the cleaning team they deserve every penny. However the reason for my 4 stars is behind the counter the management didnt seem to be on top of everything and seemed quite disorganised as our food took a very long time to be prepared and reciept paper hadnt been replaced in the self service machines therefore having a mix up with the order which wasnt a big issue it happens sometimes. And also the last frustrating issue i would like to share is we have a 8 month old daughter and we asked a member of staff about baby changing facilities however we was told it was locked and a manager on duty has the key in which we waited for only the manager to arrive and say they do not know the whereabouts of the key resulting in us having the leave with takeaway and nappy change in our car. Overall very nice place to visit but could be managed a tiny bit better
