Amazing quality, best Chinese takeaway I've ever been to and I try them all! Fresh ingredients and never leaves you with that sludgy tired feeling a lot of Chinese food tends too (probably all the MSG they use).
I travel 6 miles to buy from here because the quality is so good, however it's also very pricey compared to every other takeaway so your paying for that quality. Would give 5 stars of it wasn't so expensive

Lovely Chinese. Half duck was a decent portion size. Beef in black bean nice meat. Good chicken curry. Only issue was they put red onion with the duck instead of spring onion.

Went there after reading positive reviews. Food was ready when they said it would be.
The food itself was flavoursome, hot and generally all round perfect.
Having read another review about this takeaway not leaving you thirsty was spot on! Thoroughly enjoyed it!.

Great tasting food ! Very clean when collecting it.
Meal smaller portions than we normally would get at jasmine house bognor and a bit more expensive, but definitely on par if not better.
Best chinease in barnham definitely.

This is the best Chinese takeaway by a country mile! Have used on more than one occasion and the food is always hot and so delicious. Only thing is I wish they would deliver.

Went to this Chinese takeaway as the the other one Barnham I usually go to was closed. Glad I did as food is well cooked however a little more expensive but food was well cooked and tasty. will use again

Have used this chinese for a few years now and the quality of the food is great. Its not the cheapest around but it is definitely the best. I won't be buying from any where else.

Portion size on certain dishes could be better, however being a man that has always liked both quality and quantity I’m more than happy to sacrifice the latter as the flavours are awesome, this is possibly the best tasting Chinese around! It may also be a little more expensive than some but again, well worth it! The only bad thing is it shuts for two days a week.

First visit Christmas Eve and will definitely be ordering again. The 12 hour ribs were out of this world. Also the food was light and fresh and not at all greasy. Highly recommend.

Amazing! Finally proper Chinese in the area. Full of flavour and very warm! I would prefer if they'd deliver but for that lovely food am willing to drive ❤️

Food is prepared and made fresh to order.
We live 15 miles away but when we get it home our food is still hot and delicious.
Both very good signs of a really good takeaway!
Helpful and Friendly service. Clean and tidy as to be expected.
If our local is closed or whenever we’re in the area we don’t risk another bad meal, we always choose Lantern House!

Nice food. the beef curry and egg fried rice is always great and by the time we get home 10-15 min later the food is always still really hot!! Prices are reasonable. Defo my go to place for a Chinese.

This take away has had a refurb and is immaculate. The food is very tasty and portions are sized as expected. Unfortunately they do not as yet have a delivery service but worth the drive. Only thing I wasn’t impressed with is that even though we had a good amount of food for 2 people, we had to pay £1.50 for prawn crackers and the portion was very small.

Lovely food.
This is the first time I've been here since the refurbishment. The place looks very modern now, as does the menu. The food was very tasty. It was nice to have some of the dishes in the cardboard boxes, like you usually see in American TV programmes.
