Tried this place for the first time in April 2024 following a recommendation from a friend. When I phoned up to book a table I enquired about halal meat and they said we will see what I can do. When I turned up, they had ordered halal chicken for me, which was an example of putting the customer first. I ordered a starter and mains and coffee. All of which was great. Nice clean place with ample parking.

Would have given 5 for food but after 20yrs on continual use have noticed the veg portions are a lot small and the prawns in the starter, fewer and smaller. No room to post below but Fillet Steak n sauce gorgeous

First time at Puccini's but will be going back. The hallway leading to the dining room has a great looking stairway to your LH side. The dining room is functional and very clean. I ordered a Pizza for starters and they did me a smaller version followed by Pancakes and a side portion of fries. The food was delicious, it was the best pizza I have ever had. The service was good and there was no waiting to be served what you had ordered. The chicken pancake was also on par and the only downside was the lack of chips in the bowl. Four of us ordered a side of chips and it appeared as though they had done enough for three and then tried to make them look more in the bowls. Small details but I want them to be aware that something insignificant maybe taking away from the excellent experience. All in all, one of Barnsley' best. Cheers

Food was beautiful, portion sizes were good. It was quiet on a Tuesday night, for 3 starters, 2 mains and 2 glasses of wine it was approx £80 which was great value.
Service was very good.
The pollo puccini is highly recommended

OMG! How awesome is Puccinis!! I just took a 16th birthday party of 13 there for 5.30pm on a Sunday straight after 3 hours of swimming. 11 FAMISHED boys on a very cold rainy winter evening. Within 45 mins, Puccini's had everyone full, fed, warm and happy. They even had a number "6" candle when the one I took turned out to be a "9"! :D
I can't thank the team enough for looking after us so well and treating us all like kings for an evening. We'll definitely back. And the food was amazing too and all the boys loved it (even the autistic ones who have particular tastes). Wholeheartedly recommended <3 <3 <3
