Prayers finally answered! Authentic wood fired pizzas are the best..like bbq’ing steak as opposed to grilling. Turned up, ordered pizza for takeaway, watched it getting made an cooked all before I finished my drink...that’s fast food!! Tasted fresh and clean and the dough is light and thin with stunning smokey taste. Sauce is fresh and sweet and another level!! If you prefer deep pan loaf of bread pizzas you don’t get them here so don’t slate it in reviews and stick to Pizza Hut. But I’m telling ya, this place wins!

Called in yesterday after spending the afternoon at Barnsley Live...... What a great addition to Barnsley EVOO is ..... Lovely welcome by the owner .... There was 4 of us ....Really busy but had great service got a table straight away ordered 2 pizza's salad oven smoked wedges & olives 2 beers and a bottle of Red great price ..... It was fab ... We will be back again Well done ... Loving the vibe in Barnsley now

Amazing dining experience. Staff very friendly. Reasonably priced and extremely tasty food. We were so full after a few slices, so was able to take home left overs. Definitely recommend.

[21st October 2023 update] Evoo no longer appears to be operating, and a business called 'Butterfields' is now in its place. [~2018 - Original review] Fantastic atmosphere, great service and top quality food.

Incredible food - vegan pizza and garlic bread! Great cocktails and such lovely and friendly staff. Definite must if we visit Barnsley again!

Finding this place was a very pleasant surprise. The pizza was pretty good and loved the smoky flavour from the wood fired oven. Recommended if you are visiting Barnsley.

Probably this is by far the best pizza in Barnsley. Well, it's the only wood fired oven I know, it makes all the difference. Not sure why the place is always empty, the local looks nice too.

Amazing freshly made pizza. Now my favourite place to get pizza. Garlic bread balls with the best garlic butter I've ever had. Best eaten fresh in the restaurant. Lovely self owned pizzeria.
