I came into store today with an extremely irritable toddler who was screaming at the time I ordered my coffee, I became very overwhelmed and began to get upset, I was handed my drink and as I was leaving I could not open the door due to having my pram and bags with my which resulted in spilling my drink on myself, one of your lovely staff came to help me and calmed me and my toddler down, she was amazing and gave me a hug. I wish I got her name so that I could mention her in this review. A little kindness goes along way so thank you so so much. And the white hot chocolate was lovely aswell. Thank you again it ment so much to me that someone helped.

A nice pitstop between shopping and library/museum visits. I had a coffee and a little bag of delicious mini muffins sat outside in the sunshine. I only discovered there is a toilet on the ground floor after I'd climbed the amazingly long stairs to one on the 1st Floor. So amazing I photographed it! The leaking tap needs fixing up there.

Had a couple of drinks and toasties in her today, only been in a couple of minutes when a girl behind the counter kept screaming for "Sarah"... Can I just take my hat off to Sarah who was given at least fifteen jobs while we were in there. " Clear tables" " Make a Mango Cooler" Stock the fridge" Wash some plates" Serve Tables" wow....Keep smiling Sarah, your doing a cracking job 😁

Drinks & toasties required on a visit to Barnsley. The visit about 11am was quite busy. 3 staff on duty behind the counter trying to clear the queue. Soon served. Drinks hot, also toasties were hot too. Only thing I would point out is the clearing up of trays left on tables needed an extra pair of hands. Good visit though.
