I visited the Post Office to renew my passport. The queue was long but the advisors were very efficient in getting customers seen as quickly as possible with top level customer service. I was dealt with by Trish. I visit the post office often for work and every time I’ve dealt with Trish she has been up-beat, very polite and so helpful. She helped me with the passport application, explaining thoroughly the process. I couldn’t have found it easier and stress-free and that’s down to Trish’ expertise and passion to help, which is what makes her ace at her job. She is a credit to the company. Brilliant service, Thank you!

Angela was very helpful and most polite and professional. Took me through the process of passport application with great ease and clarity. Of all the passport renewals I have done, this was by far the easiest thanks to Angela.
Credit also to the passport service and Post Office in general. The passport was through my letter box 1 week later. Very impressive.
