I work there so my experience may differ a little bit from a customers but everyone there is very friendly and welcoming, the food tastes really nice and the service when I have been in as a customer has been quick and friendly, and if there's anything a customer wants to know, any of the front of house staff will gladly provide information where they can and where they can't provide the information your looking for they will ask a manager to come and answer some of your questions

Food is always good at this branch but I really do think that fast food restaurants have taken a dent in the customer experience since the introduction of auto kiosks, I understand they make ordering and making of food faster but on more than one occasion I have been given beans or gravy as a substitute for mash, if there is no mash why have it on the menu on the kiosk

Food was great and the mistake with the size of meal rectified quickly. It was busy with delivery drivers hanging around the front desk. Could tell all the staff were working hard and working well together. Served pretty quick
