This is a hidden gem of a cafe, a little off the beaten track but definitely worth hunting down. The food is excellent, freshly cooked & delicious (you have to try the homemade sourdough bread) and the owners are friendly, helpful and more than willing to adapt menu choices to cater for dietary requirements. This is now my go-to cafe when visiting Barnstaple and I’ve yet to be disappointed

What a great find! Really good food and a lovely atmosphere, great to find a good cafe and we’ll worth going here. We had a sour dough toastie and sandwich and the quality was great and the price really reasonable We’ve definitely found a place we will be going back to for lunch when we’re in town

Lovely cafe on Church Lane Barnstaple, stopped on our way back to Dolton after a tour of the North Devon coast line ., had scones and tea, what a delight, one of the nicest cafés we have been to on our holiday in North Devon . We highly recommend this little gem if in this area, and the service was exemplary by the lady owner, I think is Lucy, what a charming lady. Many thanks Wendy & Terry 6/7/2023 West Yorkshire...
