Full of History. The food is a little basic but in a town centre it's a good escape from the normal coffee shops and fast food outlets.

Reasonably priced, with friendly welcoming staff who remember you. Tucked away in a quiet cobbled corner of the church yard, and probably the only place in Barnstaple where you can get a decent home cooked sit down meal.

A Family run.business with much Home Cooking and Baking on offer. Excellent Foods and a Service to match. But don't tell too many people or we will not be able to get in....!!!

Hidden along a cobbled lane, a warm welcome, quick and efficient service. Excellent fare,, wide choice, nicely served and quite succulent, with three attractive vegetarian dishes on offer..
Very very good value for money. Worth many return visits.
