Went here with my parents and husband for food a couple of weeks ago and service,food and price was all outstanding will definitely be going back again when visiting my parents.

On a sunny afternoon with the tide in, it was glorious - and hard to believe we are well into October !

My first experience with this Cafe, to be honest I didn't realize it was there as I was always focused on the neighbouring cafe but I'm glad that I gave it a try as I was well impressed, not only with the food and the service, I was really surprised as to how big it was with plenty of seating available inside and outside. The staff were really friendly and helpful so I would definitely recommend this Cafe.

Love it when a place serves breakfast all day 👌
A very lovely interior, wasn't expecting it to be so big, lovely high ceilings with large old photographs of when the old shops used to dock.
Had a very tasty English breakfast, daughter had a vegetarian breakfast. Service was excellent, friendly and attentive, just perfect ☺️

What a lovely place to stop off and have a cup of tea or coffee with a piece of cake or sandwich. Set beside the river Taw away from the hustle and bustle of the High Street this was well worth the visit. Staff were amicable and friendly, service was quick and we were unrushed to depart. Really lovely venue!

Afternoon tea for my wife's birthday was booked on the same day and a wonderful afternoon we had, excellent sandwich selection, with mini quiches, cakes were moreish with of course scones, cream and jam. We ended up with a doggy bag to go. Sat outside in the shade very pleasant ambiance and top notch service with a wonderful smile. My only problem is we are visitors to the area, need a shipment up north. Thankyou for a nice afternoon

We saw a cafe by the river on Google Maps, so aimed for this one.
Family lunch with a grown up son and teenage daughter.
The service was good, the place was cool (very historic) but not really any views of the river.
The food was good but not real chips, so they lost a star from me for this.
