My son makes it an annual pilgrimage to visit “Beats Workin” as we travel some distance. Glen has always had time to chat to him and given his honest opinion and advice on all things skate related - it is a real rarity in this “high speed” world to find a business owner that still has time for all his customers, even the young ones .. that’s why we will keep going back .. see you soon !!

Honestly, just went there for the first time and I loved everything about it! I've never left a review anywhere but I just wanted because the guy who I talked to (the owner I'm pretty sure) was one of the nicest guys and made laugh and smile, got amazing clothes, had to get myself some, the vibes and everything about this place is fantastic! Definitely coming back for a coffee and more stuff for skate boarding. Oh yeah and gave me a free Coca-Cola so cheers!

Highly personal service from an expert technician (and a bloody good bloke!). This is the place to go for all skateboarders, with a range of goodies to suit all levels and skills. It is also a great place just to hang out and drink coffee. Go!

Great shop with amazing service, got my son and daughter kitted out with brand new set ups, they’re both delighted!
Loads of skate stock, clothing, shoes etc as well as great little cafe serving coffee, shakes, smoothies and baked treats. Owner was supremely helpful offering plenty of helpful advice and not rushing us at all; made us feel so welcome. Nula the dog is another good reason to pop by, she’s gorgeous!

Trendy, skate/coffee shop, great selection of coffee from pour over coffee to the humble latte, using ethically beans these guys love coffee and the product shows. Very highly recommended and my first stop for a coffee in town.
