Yesterday my 1st time going in I was met by Amy who.was working by herself as the other staff member hadn't shown up.
Amy was amazing even though you could tell she was stressed as it was way to busy even for 2 people let alone just 1 .
Amy was a star so kind helpful and service with a smile Well done but please get her more staff before you loose her

My husband and i visited in Barnstaple while we were on holiday recently, the restaurant was clean and tidy,two people were serving, and we got served by the lovely Tasha,who was very kind and efficient,especially to an elderly man who seemed to have memory problems,she was so kind to him,not making him feel silly or anything(he tried to pay for his coffee on more than one occasion,even though he'd already paid for it)We were very impressed with this young lady and her kindness.

I had a iced frappe creme and it was really good!
Staff where like any other staff nice
The only things wrong in my experience is the that some of the tables where not cleaned
And the prices here are a bit too high
Other then that I recommend coming here!

What an incredible team! The guys here today were short staffed, but instead of closing or complaining they tweaked their working methods and cracked on. With a smile. This is proper traditional customer service at its best, well done!

A nice and relaxed setting with socially spaced seating giving an airy atmosphere.
Dog friendly and my dogs found it so relaxing they both dozed off!
Coffee was good and service was quick. Staff were polite and friendly.
An enjoyable experience and a good place to take a break and unwind.
