Best 'make it on the spot' Sandwich bar in Barnstaple hands down! Been here on and off for many years now, the two guys working here are always friendly and helpful.
Choose from a range of breads, fillings and salads with snacks/drinks to compliment them.
It's fast and fresh, many people who work in town go here frequently for their lunch, there's a reason for that!

I was working near by. I Had a tuna and red onion rye baguette and I can quite honestly say it was amazing. Tuna was fresh baguette was lovely and soft. Owners were very nice and friendly. 5 stars from me.

These people on here moaning about this Sandwich bar have probably never been in the shop because every time I've been in the staff are friendly and polite the food is always fresh and made to order and it has 5 stars, So I'd like to know where they have visited because it certainly wasn't this place..
