We used Whiddon valley for our meal the night before our wedding. The fish was cooked perfectly. And we are still getting compliments saying it was the best fist & chips people have ever had. Highly, highly, recommend.

Very good fish and chips. Top peas and curry sauce. Opposite a spar for other things. Well priced. Great portion size. Cooked fresh. Does close at 7.30pm on some nights.

We hired the whiddon Valley fryer for our wedding at the end of August. The service and food was fantastic. The guests really enjoyed the food and it was well priced as well.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

Freshly cooked almost to order. Was busy but the service was fast and freindly. The burger was great, chip portion was generous and the cod was very tasty.
