Best place for Chinese food and chippy about I love the egg rice from here very tasty and reasonable prices not like some places that charge a lot more money. You get big portions as well overall a really nice chinese/chippy

very delicious Chinese food, we ordered sweet and sour king prawn hong kong style , beef black bean sauce, salt pepper chicken , beef vermicelli , king prawn chow mein. All are fantastic, must buy again next time

Traditional fish and chips shop that also has a small assortment of Chinese noodle dishes for takeaway. The thing that sets the anchor fish bar apart from the rest is the curry sauce, which is the best I have ever had! As a result, I highly recommend chips with curry sauce and a battered sausage! The staff is friendly and very hard working!

Best Chinese takeaway in Barrow by a country mile. This is my go to for Chinese food everytime.

Went here a couple of times while in the area and food was really good taste and value. I couldn't believe the size of the salt and pepper box. Came in a pizza box and was jam packed with food! Fish and chips were also delicious

I'm always a littl dubious when Chinese takeaways advertise as a normal chippy, but I found myself in Barrow and in need of some fast food and Anchor provided a delicious solution!
Fish and chips were fabulous, staff friendly and no wait time. Next time I will try something from the Chinese menu.
