Came to Barton for work and stumbled upon market place fish & chips. Was greeted by Balwant the owner, very friendly and attentive, the food was amazingly priced and the food itself was the best chippy I’ve ever had which says a lot being from Cleethorpes and being renowned for its chip shops. Will come back here every time I’m even close to the area. Thanks balwant and the market place fish & chips for the best chippy I’ve ever had.

Marvellous fish cooked in a lovely crisp batter. Generous portions. Great cheery service. Very clear guidance about how to be safely distanced in and around the shop during these pesky covid-19 times. I recommend them!
