A group of 9 had dinner here last night. From the moment I turned up early for drinks, till when we left, the service was absolutely outstanding, I can't praise it highly enough. I wish I had got a few names so I could mention people but I didn't so all I can say is thank you to all of you.
Attentive service, fantastic food (with extensive gluten-free and vegan menus) and no request was too much trouble. As someone with recently diagnosed food intolerances I cringe internally because virtually every order from myself requires some sort of request but nothing was too much trouble. Everyone agreed the food was great and it was a thoroughly enjoyable night. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I will be back.
Gorgeous pub, beautiful decor and outdoor seating area and the food looked incredible! We only stopped in for one drink but they offered table service with friendly and welcoming staff. Great selection of beers and ciders and a lovely atmosphere.
Had a wonderful meal here. The staff were friendly and attentive. Drinks arrived quickly, and the food arrived after only 15-20 minutes. The quality and quantity were perfect. With lots of choice on the menu, there is something for all tastes.
Never stay, just popped in for a drink, very smart looking place.

I had dinner with a friend here, July 22nd, whilst staying at the Carden Park Hotel, and found most everything a pleasure.
The service was particularly outstanding with a knowledgeable and attentive Maitre d' and excellent and engaging waitresses.
It has a modern menu with some classic twists. The foodstuffs were of good quality and very well presented. A decent range of real ale and a substantive wine list added to the enjoyment.
Highly recommended.

We had our wedding here including two rooms and dinner the night before plus lunch after the wedding. Amazing food and staff and location. Thanks to Alethea and Becky who looked after us.
My only comment is a fridge in the rooms and more hangers around the room would have helped as the wardrobe was hard to access hanging clothes. With wedding dresses and other suits was tricky. Also no shampoos etc in the bathroom but we brought our own luckily. And the tap in the sink bounced water onto the toilet seat.
We came for dinner group of 10 adults plus a 2 year old fantastic food, very good service very country and cosy!
Excellent premises had a 1night stay and the room was superb, clean, fashionable, very upmarket and yes I could even open the windows to take advantage of the breeze as it was a hot day, the restaurant was again really good, the staff superb friendly from check into ordering my food, excellent quality food.
The room was spacious, and bed was comfy and very clean..
I would definitely stay here again..
