We had a good experience at this Frankie and Benny's. The food was delicious with generous portion sizes. The customer service was also very good. Bit on the pricey side but a good dining out experience.

Unfortunately Frankie and Benny’s at Ilford closed down so we came here with family, the food and service was great. The food filled us up and was delicious. We ordered the platter and I ordered the steak and chips, the steak was cooked to perfection. The pesto pasta was also good.

More of a modern feel then other Frankie's and bennys I've previously been too, was was delicious . Had lasagne, which was piping hot!' had the bbq banquet platter main meal and they was delicious! Mac and cheese was very custardy consistency but all the other food was beautiful! Bbq chicken wings
Food was amazing. I had the Bolognaise, the cocktails were also very delicious. I recommend the Cherry Cuba and the Popcorn Old Fashioned, full of sweet flavours. Our Host Dawn was amazing and very polite. Would eat here again. Thank you very much.

We like it here, good friendly table service, clean, nice atmosphere, burgers are fab, and they accept cash and card. Will return.
Feel awful none of us had any notes or change on us to leave a tip but server Chloe was lovely. Service was fast and food was amazing. All fancies a Frankie and bennies on the way back from Thorpe park.. drove all the way to Basildon just to get one. It did not disappoint!
When we last visited over a year ago , the service and staff were atrocious, today though it was lovely, the staff were fab and food was really nice, will definitely go back.
