Very nice, we took my grandson there, who is vegetarian and 9 years of age. Plenty of choice for him. Food nice and hot. Although they were short staffed and there was a very awkward family next to us, the waitress was efficient, kept smiling and courteous. We tipped accordingly, she deserved every penny. This was the Basildon, festival leisure park restaurant.

We had a good experience at this Frankie and Benny's. The food was delicious with generous portion sizes. The customer service was also very good. Bit on the pricey side but a good dining out experience.

Amazing service here today! We had a miscommunication about the food linked to an allergy requirement, but our waitress and the supervisor here were so helpful, understanding and apologetic. Thank you so much for the discount , although we didn’t expect it, we really appreciate it. :) And also Chloe please don’t feel bad, these things happen so please don’t worry about it!!

When we last visited over a year ago , the service and staff were atrocious, today though it was lovely, the staff were fab and food was really nice, will definitely go back.

Food was amazing. I had the Bolognaise, the cocktails were also very delicious. I recommend the Cherry Cuba and the Popcorn Old Fashioned, full of sweet flavours. Our Host Dawn was amazing and very polite. Would eat here again. Thank you very much.

Feel awful none of us had any notes or change on us to leave a tip but server Chloe was lovely. Service was fast and food was amazing. All fancies a Frankie and bennies on the way back from Thorpe park.. drove all the way to Basildon just to get one. It did not disappoint!

More of a modern feel then other Frankie's and bennys I've previously been too, was was delicious . Had lasagne, which was piping hot!' had the bbq banquet platter main meal and they was delicious! Mac and cheese was very custardy consistency but all the other food was beautiful! Bbq chicken wings where meaty and perfectly cooked. Was out of some of the beers we wanted but was replaced with Camden beer which was tasty.
Would recommend to all lovers of Italian food. And p.s do not sit near the door if you feel cold. Constantly opening and closing.
But otherwise staff friendly and food quick for coming out.
