I regularly visit the store after work to grab a coffee (and sometimes a cake/muffin). The staff are polite and friendly. There has been the very rare occasion where they are training new staff or have a new menu, which means service can be a bit slower than usual...but this is to be expected. Its my go to place for a coffee and cake in the town. It has a nice relaxed atmosphere, even when its busy. The place is always clean and staff are constantly coming out to clean up empty cups and trays.

Gave 5 stars based on 3 visits. I very impressed with staff, very polite and efficient. I've been welcomed every visit with a hello and a smile. The place is very clean, I noticed they clean tables every time customer leaves . This is 👍 as means as a customer we are not finding tables that have plates and cups! The muffins are yummy and fresh and drinks are nice. Thanks for service! I appreciate good manners
