No queue ,plenty of tables all good

Nice staff, drinks hot and reasonable price. You even get a cake free when it's your birthday. The only issue can be if it's busy the queuing ends up out the door , which isn't great when it's raining. A little tweak would make a difference. In nice weather there is outside seating so a bonus.

All ok but very busy. Coffee great.

Busy. Very busy! Great atmosphere and kind staff, expensive for no reason as its most thing these days but worth treating yourself!

Great Costa- friendly and helpful staff. It was busy but I was served quickly. Seating inside and out, both areas were very clean. Very kindly they topped up my water bottle - 5* service

Costa has and always will be my go to place for my coffee and hot drink needs
I will honestly say that the overall food options are decent but too highly priced for my preference
The hot drink are always beyond YUM YUM and always please
Staff are always super friendly and mega efficient, despite them being so heavily worked and kept busy, they do keep their composure and we all thank you for that.

Had a lovely cappuccino coffee and lemon muffin while waiting for my puppy to be groomed at the Pet Grooming Salon.

Absolutely fantastic Customer service.
Clear and efficient social distancing measures in place. I was greeted whilst in the queue by a wonderfully bubbly short lady with blonde hair, didn’t catch her name unfortunately. She took my coffee order and only once the counter was clear was I allowed to step forward to pay and collect.
Fast and efficient service with a smile. Hot tasty coffee.
The dine in area was clean and although sections were closed off for distancing measures, there was ample seating available.

Top notch friendly service, great coffee by all Batista's, and served as quick as they can do. Always glad to get my morning coffee here.
