I Was supposed to write a review the other week but they are such lovely people in there and the food is always so good. I was reading some of these comments about orders and people are saying the receipt is different to the app when they’ve ordered delivery I don’t think people realise that’s the drivers faults giving people the wrong orders and they are nothing to do with their company I feel so sorry for you guys for the getting the backlash from what the drivers do and I’ve always understood if my order mucks up from deliveries that majority of the time it’s not even their fault it’s the poxy drivers.

She was extremely friendly, kind and generous and helped me when I did not see the number for my order, also giving me chips! 😊

Usual McDonald's menu. Clean restaurant and nearby toilets. You can also order at touch screen stations. The staff who clear tables are employed by Eastgate, not McDonald's. They are generally more mature women and are super-efficient!!!
Since the pandemic, the wait for orders is often a lot longer, as staff have so many online orders to process. The screens rarely print receipts, so remember your order number!!
Choice of ordering at till or touch-screen system. Orders delivered quickly. Food was hot and tasty. Just what I'd expect from a fast food restaurant 😋
The food court Maccy D's in Eastgate is a good place to eat if you are eating in as it has the food court seating to use it can be very busy around lunch time but that doesn't stop the fast service that they provide here, I like going for breakfast here when I'm in town as it's nice food and very cheap and always served up quick, the staff are very helpful and friendly here and it's always nice and clean!!!
