This morning I ordered 2 breakfast deals (which includes 2 coffee's & baguettes) I used just eat.
When it arrived there was a coffee missing so instead of contacting just eat (had issues with them in the past) we called Greggs themselves.
Now instead of them saying "there's nothing we can do contact just eat blabla" the manager personally replaced the drinks and gave us a complimentary treat.

a few staff are nice,it takes ages to get served ,when to older women run the store , you can be waiting 25 mins to get food
WELL WHAT can I say? I've not been here for a few yrs. So popped in today (07/10/23 ).the staff are fantastic, so helpful the new lady in charge is ever so helpful, as I'm disabled, the staff are cheerful an your greeted with a smile an the food looks lovely...I will definitely come back ,what a difference since I first came here ...x. Amazing staff here...they all go above and beyond..always happy..so friendly and chatty.... also happy to answer calls when asking if sons fave cake available even when busy.. even helped locate my phone once when I lost it in my car... Best Greggs in Basildon !

I did visit this place quite a few times. I find staff to be very helpful and positive. It makes all the difference if you start your day with a good coffee, something sweet and a smile. Outside a big carpark so very easy to pop in and grab what you need before fighting another day. I would recommend it to anyone...
