Lovely lady took my order this morning about 5am in the drive thru. Fast and clear but didn't rush my order. I then saw her when she took my payment and about 30 seconds later she was at the second window with my food and coffee, smiling. I congratulated her on her multitasking skills and she was very friendly. Made my morning brighter and the same goes for any other morning I visit the friendly bunch at Pitsea!

Chips were hot and salty exactly what you want. The milkshake was also super pink and tasty. Don’t mind if I McDo! Bun was so nice and smooth and plump and toasted. Perfect amount of sesame seeds. Staff should all get raises she told me she would sort out my tray. #queen #mcyum

Service was super speedy on our Saturday lunchtime visit, but attention to detail was obviously sacrificed in favour of speed. Things like onions in burger not being finely chopped so some big chunks; not being given/offered sweetener/coffee stirrer etc.
To be fair everything was fixed really quickly and with a smile when asked.
Tables were cleaned quickly when people left, and there seemed to be a customer service rep around whenever needed.

Really friendly staff. My partner had just run the marathon and the manager couldn't have been more accommodating when she hobbled in! All of the staff were helpful and polite and our service was really quick. One of the best I've been to
