HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I always have the best experience here... I've been about 5 times in the last year. The staff are tremendously helpful, kind and always smiling! The food is delicious and the hygiene is 10/10 from toilets to tables. I only had one occation where my steak was well done rather than medium rear and they took it off the bill and gave us a free dessert to which we didn't expect at all! They also do very tasty cocktails and have deals on them.. you know what they say... the more the merrier! Customer service is second to none in the area.

I have no idea why this place doesn't have 5 stars, the care and detail involved in their food and their drinks is just crazy good. I had such a shock when my ribs came and they were dry rubbed and slow cooked and fell apart, it was like a meatier pork belly/pulled pork situation and I was not disappointed. Then I had the apple tart tatin and I thought mine was the best but damn. The butter in the pastry was so decadent, the ice cream was real cream and vanilla bean and it was such a beautiful harmony of rich flavours with some tart apple in the mix. I'm honestly obsessed with this place now. How many restaurants use real butter and cream in a £6 dessert... Incredible ❤️

Loved it. Good choice of food and drinks. Served very fast. Wish my food was a bit more spicy but can always ask for additional sauces if needed. Very happy with my visit.

The food was brilliant! I've been there about six times in the last three years and the good has significantly improved in quality. My steak was cooked to perfection (medium rare). My side order of vegetables was great. The only thing that confused me is that we had 3 different waiters serving us during our visit which was strange...Other than that, I am very happy. So much so, I've booked for Valentine's Day.

Really loved the grilled chicken kebabs. However the chicken eldorada I ate had more tortilla chips than the chicken which was a little disappointing for the price I paid for it. The dessert was really great as well. Otherwise, the staff and food were really great.

The steak was disappointing considering this is a Grill resterant, cooked well but needed some serious chewing!(come with sharp teeth).
My niece's pasta however was good and plenty of it.
Service was excellent..let down by the Optional service charge on the bill,as it only highlights that sadly the staff are not paid a living wage. I tipped our waitress separately.

A fantastic example of the chain. The staff are always very polite, friendly and attentive even if they are a little rushed ...this place is always busy tho so I can forgive that.
Drinks orders are usually a little slow to arrive which can get frustrating, but food is prompt and always to a good standard. The steaks arrive cooked as ordered and if you're not going for the steak the waiting staff are always happy help with a recommendation and a bit of advice.
Topping it off is the patio setting out the front with a wonderful view of often bustling courtyard.
Expect to spend £15-25 per person for a main and a drink depending on your menu choices.

I've been here four times. It made me fall in love with Pork Ribs. Full rack and rack with chicken breast are just equally good. And, add Corona to it, it's just like heaven.. I'd surely visit again when I can..
