Have used this Nero before and it's exceptional. The staff are very friendly and the service is brilliant. No food was taken.

I like cafe Nero, the coffee blend in my opinion is the best out of the main chain coffee shops. The seating in this one is nice, good service and as always with cafe Nero a good range of drinks and cakes.

INCORRECT LOCATION MARKER. Currently (May 2023) the only Cafe Nero branch in Festival Place is located inside Waterstones on the upper floor. Waterstones itself is located near the FatFace and H&M stores.
REVIEW: Coffee is great. Cold drinks are usually good. Food (cakes, muffins etc) okay but often dry-ish. Service is good, friendly staff.

Great staff, always friendly and efficient. Reasonable selection of cakes and snacks, some comfortable easy chairs as well as usual table layout. Coffee is way better than Costa in my opinion. Happy to use this place regularly.

Staff are always polite and friendly, never feel rushed when ordering food/drinks from here and tables are always clean and ready to be used! It's a lovely quiet atmosphere, nice to sit in the back and forget about how busy the shopping centre is! My partner and I visit once or twice a week and really enjoying coming here! Might not be my favourite coffee but it's the staff and atmosphere that keep me coming back☕

One of the best coffee chains about, this shop is always very clean and staff are very pleased to serve you, coffee is of high standard and nothing is too much trouble, I like strong coffee so Caffè Nero is right down my street, if you don't like strong coffee just ask for 1 shot of coffee,
