What's not to like about Greg's? The food just out of the oven and lovely. My grandson loves a sausage roll and he ate the lot.

Friendly staff and awesome warm sausage rolls. Shop is in the Mall at Festival place near the train station. Parking only available in the shopping centre and can be quite expensive to park. There is two more Gregg's store in the location of Festival Place

Solid selections of cakes and pastries. Greggs is always a go to for a bite to eat. Quick, tasty and cheap. Sausages rolls are either piping hot or "Classic Greggs Tepid" (TM).

We had a gift voucher from our granddaughter for Christmas and, we had a nice lunch on the strength of it. Friendly staff, nice seating and in the warm. Only minor issue no serviettes. Maybe as it was right on lunchtime staff were too busy serving.

Excellent! The new refurbishment appears to have been very effective in lifting the overall standards throughout the store. Standards are now good in all areas. Food is of a good quality and staff appear to take pride in the store, providing a good standard of service. Value is good, with a loyalty scheme (although this could be better promoted in store). I understand that before the store was refurbished, it didn't have a food hygiene rating. The appropriate arrangements must be made with environmental health at the council.

Okay, now I'm impressed. I'm glad to see that Greggs now prides itself in selling hot food such as chicken strips/potato wedges. Good variety of choices and consistent sensible pricing. The only thing that let my visit down was the limit of '5' customers in the store at once, which by the time I had waited for my toastie to be toasted there were 22 🥴 Social distancing was non existent but I'm almost proud as nothing should ever come between a brit and a mighty pastry. Rule Britannia 🇬🇧

Good variety of food. Tasty baguettes. Nice pastries. Reasonable prices. Nice drinks. Sausage rolls are some of the best I've tasted. Nice friendly staff.
