I have been using this restaurant virtually every day since it opened and I have always found the staff to be pleasant and serve as soon as they could. I would, and always do recommend this store to everyone.

Nice coffee shop, decent coffee, good range of food - both savoury and sweet. Great place to hide out and chill while the other half is shopping.

The staff extremely helpful. Richard and Johanna are very hardworking and polite.The coffee is really tasty and delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves coffee and tea. Thanks for the experience.

Friendly staff made this visit pleasant. Lovely chocolate cake and a pot of Earl Grey. Time to sit and catch up with emails. Nice and peaceful in the Costa upstairs.

This is my favourite coffee shop, all the staff r friendly.. always help everyone.. the ladies always have a little chat and the whole experience very nice.... can be a little slow some times but only because it gets very busy...would recommend it to everyone

This is my favourite Costa anywhere. Great location on the upper floor of Festival Place, Basingstoke. Has a soft comfy sofa in the window to watch the world go by, the coffee is always fresh, tasty and hot, but most of all I love the staff and the manager. They are all super sweet, super smiley, and super efficient. Thank you for making my day a better one. ❤⭐⭐⭐

At the end of the day this is a Costa - if you want coffee and a slightly over-priced bite to eat then you've come to the right place; you know what you're going to get.
What is special about THIS Costa, however, is the customer care that I witnessed; I was so impressed with how the staff attended to the elderly gentleman in the queue in front of me. They took time to listen to him, they gently double-checked that they had the correct order (the customer was softly spoken), and then they took the trouble to carefully guide him by the arm to a seat, where they delivered his drink.
Some might say "Well, so they should!", but the fact is many places wouldn't, These guys did and I think they deserve the recognition for it. Bravo Costa!
