Very clean. Friendly staff. Food is great. Atmosphere is perfect for a coffee shop. It wasn't too busy when I was there. Great parking.

We often go to this Costa, as it is easily accessible for us. The staff are always nice, but we had an extremely nice and friendly experience with an employee called Jackson. From the outset he was very kind and friendly towards us, very talkative and just lovely to be served by. Thank you, Jackson!

Clean, friendly Costa, ordered drinks but didn't realise the Costa was shut so we're slightly confused when they took our order, we paid and then they told us. It was nice outside so we sat there. Drinks were as advertised but they didn't have a few of the syrups in so limited. Friendly staff, although hard to hear what they were saying above all the noise and behind the perspex.

A nice central Costa location, it can get busy but friendly staff. Being next to the leisure park means there is lots to do, including some nice walks. There is also a shuttle bus into the town centre and railway ststion not too far away.

Nice costa, quite well presented.
Staff are friendly and coffee is good, service is relatively quick and has the added bonus of having a drive thru.
Could do with being slightly cleaner on the floors, tables are generally clean and quickly cleared.

I've been a few times to this particular branch. Staff are pleasant. My order wasn't totally correct, but I did enquire and the barista corrected it whilst they were making my drink. Sadly I wasn't asked if I wanted to eat in or not, so my lunch wasn't in a bowl etc, but I'm not overly precious. I just think the person who served me was a little distracted today. Won't put me off coming again though.
