Probably the best Costa in Basingstoke, even when really busy the staff do a fantastic job.

Popped in for early morning coffee & bite to eat. Tried the new vegan bbq chick'n was good however i am a meat eater but can't have milk so having vegan options is good for me. Good service.

Popped into.get coffee and cake for 5 - meeting up to dog walk.
Staff were friendly and accommodating. The order was correct and the drinks were hot!
My only criticism would be for the staff there and.worki g hard to have had another member of staff to have supported with table clearing and general tidying as the floor was dirty.
I'm also quite sure, the two hard working staff would have appreciated a break or two during their heavy shift 💚

Lovely and nice atmosphere, Costa employees treating customers as their friends. Definately our most favorite Costa in town. Was quiet and tidy. The only down was that air conditioner wasn't working. But they had portable unit on duty. Would defo recommend.

Had coffee and food here a few times. No complaints, can get busy. If you're new visiting her don't park directly in front of the coffee shop as it is only for 30 mins, people have been fined for overstaying the parking limit. Park in the main parking area opposite wrens, the food warehouse and Currys.

Shame the parking outside is limited time. Had to set a reminder alarm. Signage in cafe is helpful. They had a great bookswap/borrow/donate box

Staff were attentive. Parking always a challenge here and be warned you don’t park right next to this place as it’s only 30 mins max.

Nice and clean, airy, great Americano, we had Cheese & tomato toastyand friendly staff. What else can you ask for ?
