We had another fantastic meal at Woods last night. Ashamed to say we hadn’t been for a couple of years - we wish we had been back sooner now. David and his staff are friendly and attentive. The food is second to none. Really couldn’t recommend it more highly.
The best restaurants in central Bath! Perfect atmosphere, food and service. Cook to perfection 🤤 and definitely value of money compare to any Michelin star restaurant with even better quality! Main course, dessert, coffee etc all-around great 💯 Over 40 years history for reasons. Definitely will come back again and again!
Easily one of the best restaurants I have ever been. Family run business for more than 40 years, the owners were amazing (I had a lovely chat about horses), ambiance great, and outstanding food. On top of that, prices are very reasonable. Unmissable experience if in Bath

The service the place, kind of Modern French style cuisine looking dishes that tastes very good & lovey champagne … It’s all you need for lunch or small brunch with friends or family … also a perfect place for couples to go dining … Love it !
Went here for my Sister in laws wedding. Food was fabulous, great atmosphere. The owner was charming and very accommodating.
The food is actually very good, but the usual restaurant disclaimer applies: tiny portions on huge plates. I'd rather recommend choosing a nice pub, in one of the villages around Bath.

Had my grandfathers wake here on Saturday and it was perfect. Amazingly fresh and tasty food (bad a lot of it!) and staff were so nice too

Enjoyed a Christmas/Birthday meal at Woods a party of 10. Food was excellent as well as the service. The Restaurant was decorated so tastefully festive and a really nice setting. Would definitely recommend no doubt best restaurant in Bath.
Very accommodating establishment, we had an issue with a taxi that didn't show, so we arrived 20 minutes late for our table, we did keep them abreast of the situation, but it didn't seem to phase them in the slightest.
The staff were all very professional, the food was some of the best we've had in years, the dinning room was very atmospheric, and to be frank the price we paid was a lot lower than expected. That's not saying it's cheap, but three courses with drinks, and it came in at around £50 per head, but look I can't stress enough the quality of food coming out of the kitchen. We would definitely be back and wouldn't miss the place if we were in the area. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area, and you're looking for something exceptional.
