Upscale Bistro chain in a great location
Eaten here a number of times and the food never disappoints. Of particular note are the escargot- make sure you're not planning to kiss someone for at least a week after due to the extreme garlic content that will leave potential partners wilting in your wake, but well worth it nonetheless. Also very decent steaks, both cooked and raw.
Recommended if you're looking for good unpretentious food in a lively location, and aren't feeling adventurous enough for an independent.
Pretty good for a chain restaurant! Consistently good service and food. Loved absolutely everything I tried that day for lunch. Cant wait to go back and good to know there are few locations where I can find Brasserie Blanc
I love this chain, I cannot fault it, every one I have been to has been perfect; from the staff and service to the food and presentation, everything has been perfect. The Bath Brasserie is no exception. I had a Wednesday lunch time meal and a drink very good food at a very reasonable price and amazing staff. Defiantly worth a visit.
Staying at the Francis Hotel you can take advantage of 50% off offer vouchers on mains in the brasserie. Good portions, great refined selection in line with the 4 stars hotel and fairly cheap. Plentiful portions. Reccomended!
Excellent service and food, highly recommended, but make sure you book as it can get busy. Prices are reasonable considering the quality of the service and food.
Bristol city centre. Pre-book is recommended. Went in the evening was busy and a little noisy. Decor is very white and dark brown. Not a cosy, romantic venue. I had mussels which was ok, not much different to others I had. Baguettes and dips were gorgeous.
Delicious potted crab and avocado, gorgeous shepherds pie and a palate cleansing blackcurrant pavlova. Good food, good value and great service. The only pity was the fat on the roast lamb.
My wife and I enjoyed a sunny afternoon, sat outside this trendy, modern and sophisticated restaurant. We opted for a lighter lunch with a selection of starters/appetizers (see picture) and really enjoyed, along with a bottle of Bollinger Rose Brut (we were celebrating). Nice vibe, decent service, plenty of charm
Oui! This is a LEGIT GENUINE French restaraunt with twist of British flair... even our waitress is french.. (or a great fake accent... she was SO ATTENTIVE to our needs)... AMAZING SERVICE. The food was SERIOUSLY gold standard highest quality. They have this INEXPENSIVE 2 & 3 course lunch meal in the £23.. range!!!! The place was good for our kids (2 & 4 years old) to eat with a children's menu available... it's a short walk from the Roman baths and bus drop off area...
They have great deals on Gin with COMPLIMENTARY (ie FREE) pairings WITH TONIC. Check our their gin & tonic pairings menu for the right mix..
So it's close to the queen square.. its away from the tourist filled Roman baths and Abbey area. This means less crowds and more relaxing atmosphere. ITs also a safe place for kids to run around to burn off energy in the park and a short walk back to the bus pick up area.
Delicious food and really polite and friendly staff. Stopped in for a quick meal, would definitely recommend!
Tasty French food, lived up to my expectations, if you're looking for traditional French food in a more relaxed environment, then this is the place for you.
I had lunch with friends so was able to judge 3 completely different meals. One meat one fish and a vegetarian. All 3 were beautifully presented. A delight before one had even tasted anything. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. The staff were efficient and attentive. The wines we tried were of excellent quality. Will definitely go again.
