Tasty the food but bit slow the service. We went here during rush hour after visiting Roman Bath. We arrived famished and hoped to stuff food in our mouths asap. However, the place looked a bit understaffed and only had 2-3 people doing everything( taking the orders, preparing food, delivering them, tidying dining area etc) As this place is popular among local, we waited for quite a while for the food to arrive. The food tastes good and the price is lovely. Just that as a cafe which people come for quick bites, it can certainly do something to optimise the business operation.
If you want a good and honest breakfast, go where the workmen and the longtime regulars gather. This is cheap, simple fair that is filling and delish, but won't get in the way of your workday or wandering around the market. Everyone behind the counter is friendly, and it's pretty cozy once you squeeze yourself into a seat.
Sure, there's plenty of fancier (and admittedly tastier) places to eat in a City like Bath. This place shouldn't stop you from enjoying them -- it's just a markedly better deal than paying for the same overpriced chain stuff you can get elsewhere. Stop by and eat local, especially if you're from out of town.

Great value and good menu flexibility. The food is always hot and the tea how you like it. Cannot complain at all. Highly recommended
