I ordered click and collect since Bath was in Tier 3 and it could not have been simpler. The online ordering system was straightforward and friendly. I was allowed to choose my desired time slot for collection. Upon arriving at the restaurant to pick up my order, I was greeted and asked for my order number. And the food was ready to go just on time as promised. The takeaway packaging was really nice and the food was hot and tasty. The medium peri peri sauce packet thrown in the bag was a nice touch! I'll definitely be ordering more when it becomes possible to do so (post lockdown!).

Upstairs joint entrance is the Odeon doors. Lots of friendly staff on hand serving you which makes a change in Nandos. Service has improved since Covid which is interesting. Food is good as always and queue and order qr code system works very well compared to most other places this is a big plus in these times. Tender stem broccoli 🥦 is a very nice addition to menu. Well done team.

1st in the door yet table was dirty which is concerning in this current time? had to ask 3 times for plates for our food, apart from the above the food was good and just put it down to a bad site on the day

Really nice food but one of my mates' order didn't go 'through to the grill' so waited like an hour for the food. However I believe it was a software problem which isn't there fault and they were very apologetic and gave him a full refund.

Great location and the chicken is yummy. Great for family and vegs and I like their sauces. You can choose your sauces from many choices. And all the staff's are friendly and helpful.

Exceptional times but still exceptional service!
Despite my cold brocolli, My Bean burger was DELICIOUS! First time visiting a Nandos since becoming pescaterian almost a year ago & I didn't miss the meat at all!! Staff were friendly and efficient and it was a very pleasant service. Albeit a little weird that the usual Nandos routine was not functioning due to covid, still a very happy customer. Thank you Nandos Bath Spa!
