I wanted to wet my whistle at 2 on Saturday but sadly they don't open til 4 now this day. Still, the owner is so friendly, great range of beer and snacks and pool, lovely dog and friendly atmosphere. Top banana pub! Recommended to visit :)

Getting back to be a real pub. Lovely welcome. Bar staff and landlord always welcoming and happy to chat and be friendly. Food is amazing. Beer is cheap. Love it here.

Amazing pub, with a great landlord. We used the function room for our wedding reception and honestly could not recommend it enough. Fab place.

What a turnaround! A pub that used to be outright hostile to one that has great management and investment. A friendly and accommodating boozer. Great for a decent pint (well kept ale) live sports and music.
Glad to have it in the community.

Just had a traditional Sunday lunch, freshly cooked and well presented. I had
tender thick slices of roast beef, the pork was also a hit . They also offer gluten free gravy & yorkshire puddings so a very happy son.
Friendly staff and reasonable price.

Really freindly, welcoming pub. The barman was really nice and gave my freinds and I a tour of the whole place. Very unique as they're the first pub I've been to that has a skittles lane. It was a little expensive but it's still a great place to go.

My partner and I came to this hidden gem on the last day of our visit. We met the most loveliest bartender (Ian) who's service was first-class! The moment we arrived we felt at home. There is a good variation of activities to do while there such as skittles, pool etc.. We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely friendly local place, just off the bus stop on Wellsway. Restaurant available with good food and a drinks lounge with pool table and skittles alley. Great selections of beers. Cards accepted. Completely recommended!

Fantastic local that's been able to get a real good blend between being a sports bar and a nice restaurant as well. It's got a snooker table as well as a pool table, skittles alley and darts. Drink choice is decent and they have some decent drinks on tap. Bar manager Danny runs it well has a done a sterling job with the place.

On the few occasions I have been here the staff have been friendly, the live music has been of reasonable standard, and a good night was had by all. While I haven't eaten here I have seen people eat here (you can see them from the street) and they seem to be happy with their meals.
