It's the usual you expect from Pret. However, it's a pity about the loud music, which is also inappropriate in style and completely at odds with the magnificent surroundings of central Bath. I could tell that the loudness and choice of music was disturbing not just to me, but particularly to some elderly customers. Pret should consider not having any music at all.

always went here for drinks when i worked around the corner! they didn’t have chai for a whole week at one point and i was sad but oh well

Just a great team who are always so friendly and efficient. Excellent coffee and food too. Im here daily and would thoroughly recommend these guys who are brilliant.

Great tasting food but a tiny shop. Only 15 seats and very cramped but service is quick and friendly.

Nice and quick but not the best for hygiene utensils. Yuk. Everyone touches them before you do.

Expensive but nice. Has good vegi/vegan options. Their hot soup is lovely on a cold day. Staff always extremely friendly.

Lovely fresh food and hot chocolate is nice to. I'm vegan and they're one of the only places in bath that sells vegan sandwiches although more of a different variety each week would be a bonus.

Very friendly staff and food and coffee great as usual, but the shop is really too small. We left and came back, but there were still no tables.

Visited today at their busy 12.30 luchtime with my 8 & 15 yr old daugthers (on my eldest daughters recommendation). Very quick service but polite and educated, as I am gluten free the young gentleman was able to tell me which foods were suitable as they aren't easily identifiable when looking and choosing quickly. Only downside was not enough seating, they need larger premises. As you are paying slightly more, its good to sit, relax, enjoy. Food all freshly prepared, very tasty, you get what you pay for, and I certainly didn't mind a little extra for quality and nice friendly clean atmosphere. My girl has me hooked, I shall be back. Good to have a healthy choice on the high street to sit and enjoy or take away for once.
