Burger King

Good food and served quite quickly. Toilets (gents) are filthy. Not a true reflection on what should be good clean efficient customer service. Toilets should always be clean. Not too sure if management have seriously tried washing their hand in the tiny sinks with drip drip drip water flow? Come on Burger King Bath you can do better!

Burger King is one of my favourite, if not the favourite fast food place. I am the Whooper lover 🍔. Unfortunately, this one in Bath is not the best I've visited. I've been few times in the past few weeks, and tables always looks filthy, bins are full and people behind the counter look like they aren't happy to be there. Food is consistent as you would expect from chain food place, but place definitely needs a bit of attention. To summarise food good, but service is below the average. Sorry, but smile and friendly greeting that's the minimum what customers want...

I've never been in such a bad BK before!!! First of all the lady behind the counter was so rude. I did ask for a double angus what was out of stock. I did try to change the coke in my whopper menu to a latte it was out of stock too. The lady did ask my wife if we want any sauce. My wife asked for ketchup and mayo but of course mayo was out of stock... Then they forgot the side for my wife. Toilet out of order?! All the tables were dirty, no one cleaned them at all. I did see the management working in the kitchen without hairnet or hat. This is a shame! I love BK but I wouldn't go back there ever again! Only 1 star because I cannot give less and the burger was good at least.

Burger king was very busy. We had to eat downstairs. It was absolutely disgusting. Every table dirty and the floor was in a terrible state. One young lad came down and had to clean up on his own. He was very happy to do this. Why if they have cameras is it allowed to get in this state at all? The toilets were not very nice to use. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

DIRTY!!! Had to ask cashier for napkins to clean the table while I waited for my order to be ready. (I wasn’t given them until he finished his text on his phone) Bathrooms were shut down over 3 hours prior to closing and was refused entry to change my son. AND to top it off I watched the cashier put on a glove to handle the trash and soon after handle French fries on another order WITHOUT changing his glove. My food order was correct and was out in a timely manner but due to a poor experience and uncleanliness I won’t be returning.

Most unpleasant fast food branch I've ever visited. Almost always empty of people, filthy cleanliness but worst of all absolutely horrendous staff. Simply ordering they stared at you as if you were ruining their day. Received 6 chicken strips instead of 9 and said absolutely nothing when asking to get the 9 that was ordered. Sterile and dark atmosphere, just very very strangely unpleasant in almost every way. Food is obviously pretty much the same as any other branch.
