I absolutely love everything about this Pret a manger. The food, the customer service the staff provides is absolutely excellent , they really go above and beyond every single day!! Very Nice outlet for Pret.
Helpful Staff and the cafe is very clean and whilst not eating, the food looked excellent. I would have No hesitation in recommending this outlet in Southgate, Bath 10/10

Always fresh and delicious. Staff are friendly and professional. Need to be quick as they don't refill food all day, once they gone they gone. Coffee is good too!

No queue, unlike other coffee shops. Plenty of available seating. Drinks delivered quickly. Food is usually good, didn't have any on this visit. Atmosphere is down to the individuals own interpretation but the place is quite welcoming.

Right let's talk about the door. They both say push but the left one is always locked. Everyone instinctively pushed the left door. I hear a rattle every few seconds and a sad confused face of someone trapped outside. You can tell a regular by them using the right hand door.
I just had to get that out of my system. Thanks. Also the seating inside is awkward.

Always such wonderful service at the designer outlet pret. I'm a regular with the same order mostly, and most of the staff remember me which I think is incredible considering how busy it is and how many faces they must see. Always fast service with drinks made exactly how I like it. Well done team!!

Really tasty food and lovely staff, my only complaint is sometimes I like to come in and study or just go on my phone. As there is no service in the area I'm forced to use their WiFi which is SO slow its unbearable. So promptly after eating my meal I leave to study elsewhere.

Well managed with staff on the door. The staff are friendly. Store is clean and tidy with good social distancing measures in place.
Always a queue though, with the pret offer of unlimited coffees for £20. It can be annoying as many of times I have had to skip my coffee, more than once in a day, because the queue is too long. But, other than that, always happy when I have my coffee or grape from here.
