What a location! Especially if you can dine outside with the Roman Baths, the Pump Room and the majestic Bath Abbey surrounding the restaurant. Add to this, the regular street performances, and you have unbeatable atmosphere. Service is prompt, our a waiter offered to take photos and exchanged a drink when we found the smoothie to be too tart (berry smoothie needs sugar). Food was delicious, with large portion sizes. Vegetarian options are limited though. Four of us, dined with mains, drinks and service charge for £100.

Made a last minute booking with a colleague on a Tuesday evening, and it was an excellent choice! The best feature for the evening was the service. Treated like king and queen as soon as we entered the restaurant. The food was delivered fast and was good quality. Atmosphere was chilled and the piano in the background added a touch of class. Highly recommend coming here.

Came down to bath for my birthday and stumbled upon this very nice restaurant, the atmosphere was lovely with live music and the food was even better. Good quality and generous portions. But what really made our experience was our waiter and host Ralu and Eva. They were so accommodating made us feel right at home. Lovely staff hope to return again one day ! 2 for 1 cocktails is a bargain :)

I went here for dinner to celebrate my graduation, and I'm so glad I did! It was the perfect place to celebrate an occasion. There's the option of outside seating but we opted for inside, which was very pretty. In both areas you can hear live music. To start we had oysters which were delicious and full of flavour, so definitely recommend. The bread basket also had an interesting selection. The butterfly prawns were very tasty and a great portion for the price! I had the pumpkin ravioli for my main course which tasted light and cheesy. The service throughout was attentive and friendly which made for a lovely evening.

Was able to walk in and request a table for two without any booking or issues, though booking seems like a safe way to go! It was quite a popular place, and after the experience, it's no wonder why! The staff are attentative, friendly, professional, and well presented. We were promptly taken to a table and provided menus. While looking through, we were asked if we wanted any water to get us started. The order was taken in good time, and drinks came swiftly. The starters (cripsy butterfly prawns with a chilli mayo) arrived in around 10 minutes and looked absolutely amazing. Smelled great, and you can tell they were breaded and cooked to order. The chilli mayo is not hot, so those who are worried about the heat will actually enjoy this mild flavour. The mains (slow cooked beef tortellini and fish & chips) arrived in good time after the starters and was absolutely devine. The tortellini were cooked perfectly, and the slow cooked beef was just an absolute joy to bite into. The creamy cheese sauce that accompanied was rich and silky smooth and was a wonderful compliment to the tortellini and beef. The fish was quite sizeable and had mushy pea, a slightly grilled lemon slice, as well as capers mayo to accompany the chips. The chips (of which I can personally attest to) were cooked perfectly, with skin left on. Crispy on the outside, smooth on the inside, and a slight touch of salt seasoning. The fish batter was crispy and light, with a perfectly cooked piece of cod. All in all, it was a lovely meal and a great environment, with the gentle sounds of piano being played throughout. We were able to enjoy things at our own pace, and the staff made sure everything was perfected. Would highly recommend. 10/10 will be visiting again!

Our waiter, our food, the atmosphere and the prices all really fabulous. I had wet bills stuck together and he discovered it and was honest enough to give it back to me instead of stealing. We don’t remember his name but attached a picture of him here. He also suggested the English breakfast and it was some of the best food we’ve ever eaten in England. Perfect suggestion and a wonderful experience with live music and gorgeous views of the cathedral and of Bath everywhere. Almost surreal it was so good!!!

Everything about my experience here was amazing. Loved the decor. Beautiful music. EXCELLENT service. Amazing location. The selection on the menu was really great — Lots of meat, fish and veg options so can cater to everyone’s diets. The deserts were absolutely delicious too. I was expecting it to be quite expensive, but for what you get, the prices are extremely reasonable.

Me and my son had dinner here and it was absolutely delicious. We had starters and mains and when my son tried his tortellini, he said it was so good he could have cried. I couldn't fault anything, but the best of the experience was service. Staff were friendly, smiley, couldn't do enough for you. I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything. Xx
