I can definitely recommend the food, but the service was very slow as the poor barmaid was on her own, she was working so hard.
That said the food was great and we really like the feel of the place, a proper pub, plus it's dog friendly which wax perfect for us.

Absolutely lovely pub, staff really friendly. Little wait on food ( was peak time and they did pre worn us when we walked in) food was very good and offer great gluten free options would definitely recommend.

They were able to accommodate an 11 person walk in on a Friday evening. The service and food were excellent.

Booked a table for a Sunday Roast Up, a small family celebration for my other half’s birthday. Unique setting, great menu & attentive staff who worked phenomenally as team. Food was ace & generously portioned for the price, will definitely be back.

Love it here! Been for lunch and dinner on several occasions and it never disappoints. Food is always delicious with generous portions. Really friendly staff and the pub itself is quirky with a great atmosphere.

What a great little pub, glad we stopped for lunch (Sunday) after driving past many many times. And we will again! The food was delicious and home made with love, the staff we friendly and polite (particularly Louis), and the pub was that perfect mix of homely British boozer and well dressed cottage style. Really lovely 👏
