This place is very nice off of the quiet country road away from traffic. The cafe is closed in so good to come here cycling and not worry about potential bike theft even though this place is in the middle of nowhere and off of the streets where people are. Lets be honest not many are going to come here to steal a bike. The prices are very good and the quality of the bacon roll I received was really good. I will definitely be back again for another visit on my bike and hopefully I will have the same experience I did today.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We were camping in the local area and were looking for a quick breakfast, coffee and somewhere to warm up, before heading back to Edinburgh. We saw the sign on the road and arrived with excitement and anticipation - we weren’t disappointed!! The staff, Yvonne and Chloe, were welcoming, friendly and super helpful. The food was excellent and we both left with some lovely homemade cupcakes. If you are looking for a welcoming, friendly, homely place, for some delicious homemade food - look no further!! I’m already planning a trip to the local area, just to give me an excuse to return !!!

Lovely place to either enjoy a beautifully made and delicious cup cake or if looking for something a little bit more then we can thoroughly recommend the mains, starters and puds as have tried many and have yet to be disappointed. Does get busy on Sunday lunch time so worth booking. Give it a try as also has a good outside seating area if required and weather kind.

After debating as to were to meet my ex work colleagues, we decided on the cupcake cafe bar. Having never been before. We booked a table for 5 people. On arrival we were greeted with such a warm welcome. After being seated, the staff made sure we had everything we needed. There was no rush to order, a pleasent change. Once we eventually ordered, our food was absolutely lovely. And ample amounts. This place is so friendly. And caters for all. Would highly recommend it. The staff were very attentive. The food was delicious. And the cupcakes......oooo heavenly. I dont usually bother with reviews. But i felt the cupcake totally deserved one. Well done to all. 10 out of 10. Hard to find such a lovely place to eat of late. Very clean. Will most definitely be back. 💗💗

Love the Cupcake Café Bar. Always go for lunch when we are in Linlithgow. Always friendly service and delicious lunches. Soup with hot buttered toast is our favourite. Today was cream of broccoli, delicious!!! We have a small dog and she is welcome in a specific part of the café, and staff always bring her a treat and a bowl of water before we even sit down. It's a quiet and peaceful location with garden tables for better weather. Recommend highly. 😀

Great place for food and dog friendly too. Almost five stars but I did visit once when quite a few things were off the menu. Never been disappointed with the food quality or service from the staff. The name is a bit misleading as they do serve lots more than cakes with the breakfasts being fantastic. A great stop off for cyclists too with plenty of outdoor eating seating for the better weather. Just one little niggle is that they don't have a web site at the moment and most updates are on Facebook which makes finding menus online quite time consuming.
