My daughter is fussy and when I ordered cake for her, I hadn't realised it would come warm with custard. When I asked if it could be changed they did so without hesitation even though the fault was with me and not with them. Thank you Ice Stone gelato Batley. A very happy customer. We will return 😁

We have been quite a few times as a family and have never had any issues. Javed is always very accommodating with any requests we have if you are looking for any extras. Would 100% recommend all the various cakes with custard in this cold weather.

First time visit, very friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Opted for the lotus cookie dough, it was done to perfection. Will definitely visit again, recommend to others to try, you will not be disappointed.

I had quite a bit of nostalgia today when I came across this place, as they had my favourite ice cream; pistachio. I ended up having 4 scoops; banana, bounty, pistachio, and bubblegum. They were all absolutely delicious, and I was spoilt for choice. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a proper taste at REAL ice cream, as it was meant to be had in Italy, and most of Europe. I'm from Hungary originally, and remember having gelato like this all the time growing up. They have it everywhere in Hungary.

We had the loada choc waffles they were huge came warm so tasty we also had cherry milkshake sticky toffee and strawberry cheescake 1 and belgian chocolate 1 they were so nice the atmosphere was great staff were friendly would 100% recommend this place
