Excellent customer service been to the drive thru a couple of times recently and have been served by the same lady I believe her name is Nicola ( from the receipt) on both occasions she has been so pleasant and helpful. Makes a nice change to have service with a smile at chain restaurants. Thank you ☺️

Lovely donuts as always, original glazed is best.
Popped in on a Saturday afternoon, was going to sit down but the surfaces were a bit sticky, and the ‘amphitheater’ seating area was literally covered in donut droppings.
Wasn’t that busy…. So my favourite phase comes to mind for the staff: “If you’ve got time to lean, you’ve got time to clean”. 😂

Oh my I love this place! Such a cool setup from 7-10pm you can watch fresh hot donuts be made!! The seating is really good and it’s nice and bright. Coffee is amazing bean to cup.

Had to take my 2 little girls here after a day of being let down. And wow, what an experience it was! My girls love their doughnuts and milkshakes and so did I! 😍 The staff are incredible, polite, welcoming and the dine-in experience they provide is incredible! Windows into the doughnut machine kept the girls heads turning with joy and finishing it off with a nice hot freshly baked doughnut! Just amazing! Expensive but Highly recommend if you’ve never been one! Thank you to your staff! 😊

What a fantastic place watching the donuts cooking. Then couldn't make our minds up which ones too pick so we ended up with a box of 12 lovely. The staff were very pleasant. It was a lovely experience first time going there won't be the last yum yum 😋 xx

We had to bob in after our film and had to have a look around. The inside is clean and well presented and has very good thememing with round tables and round windows to watch the donuts been made. We bought a box of 6 and it only cos 10.85 and was totally worth it the kids loved them and I got my favourite flavour. The staff were very friendly and quick to deal with our order and made our visit very enjoyable. Will definitely go again.

Really not bad donuts at all, straight in and straight out of the drive-through. (And I’m not joking, by the time we drove 5cm forward the lady had the donuts waiting for us!)
They’re a bit pricey though at £8 for 6 donuts.
