Crust Pizza Beaconsfield Vic

Amazing, please see photo below. My friend and I ordered a pizza to share and when we opened the box we both looked at each other, the pizza was like a work of art that a perfectionist had put together, generous toppings and great ratios of ingredients, deeeeelicious. We ordered this vegan Jack fruit pizza on the 22/3/22 between 6.30 -7.30 pm, whoever made this pizza needs a medal and an award from Crust head office. This is officially the best pizza in town, some comments are hit and miss on these Google reviews, they have obviously lifted their game, I’m daring you to give this crust a go. 🤤🤤 could not rate them high enough, yum, we will be back. Terrible customer service. Ordered at 6pm, scheduled pick up at 7pm. Stepped into the store at 7:04pm but pizza was not into oven yet. 7:20pm still wasn’t ready. Not superbly busy but not quiet either. Not happy with the service. Wish at least pizza should taste better. Update: got the pizza just before 7:30pm, almost half an hour late, when ordered one hour prior. The store guy offered a free drink but I refused. The height of annoyance is that when one of their delivery girl was staring at me as if I was at fault despite I haven’t shown any aggressive behaviour nor neither raised my voice, rather I expressed my disappointment in a normal tone. Fortunately pizza was delicious, didn’t miss any topping neither any mess. They deserve excellent rating for the taste and quality. But time commitment is totally absent.

I must say what a disappointment. First time having crust pizza and it will be the last. Firstly the order was taken and then when I went to collect was told that they had run out of pasta. How does this happen you are open till late, it was only 6:15pm This was then refunded, then when getting home with half my order only to notice the garlic and cheese bread was burnt to a crisp. For the price you charge I’d expect better, I will never eat from your company again!

Right so I'll start with the good. I liked my pizza and my kids liked theirs too. Now let's get onto the rest. My partners pizza had roquette on top and it was of horrendous quality. It looked more like lawn clippings than anything else. The chips were so undercooked we put them in the oven for 15 mins just to make them edible, also we ordered two different seasonings and only got one. But all that is nothing compared to the stupidity of the two people I had to speak to on the phone regarding the two undelivered juices for my kids. We noticed straight after the driver left and I called to let them know that the juices were forgotten and if they could just call Thier driver who literally JUST LEFT to turn around and come back and drop them off. But apparently none of this was possible and I proceeded to debate with how calling the driver to see where the drinks were was not the common sense thing to do. In the time these two people insisted on arguing with me about how they were going to handle the situation they could have called their driver, found out and called me back already. I guess common sense really isn't that common. Edit: changed to one start due to the fact that they never made good on their refund they said that would give. They gave me some rubbish story about having to wait for their driver to return before they could do it. They took my number as said they would contact me... They did not. A pathetic attempt at business management.
