This Subway has gone backwards , your lettuce/cabbage mixture is all cabbage and no lettuce. There aint no lettuce shortage in WA

Partner and I went to grab two chicken classics one with bacon which was still barely cooked.
Both chicken were cold and barely cooked as you ate the centre the chicken was stringy. Barely heated or at correct temperature for eating.
Went to grab receipt but was refused.
Being a Chef for living, this is utterly disgraceful.
Salad was bare average with tomatoes past the freshness date and pure soggy, beetroot were soggy and foul tasting.

Subway is generally pretty reliable when it comes to a tasty healthy alternative to the usual fast food fare. This outlet is no different. Nothing particularly outstanding about the place but nothing wrong with it either. The carwash is right next door so you can always give the rig a wash while the kids spill salad and mayo in your interior.

I just ordered a foot long steak sub and it is beyond average! I'm not one to write review's but this is that bad! I don't blame the kid working as management seem to be saving wages by having 1 staff member on at the lunch rush, 8 people lined up behind me and the kid was under the pump. Apart from the roll being slapped together and looking like a did had chewed on it before being wrapped they were out of tomato and spinach! This is at 12.10

I tried to call to complain but no answer. Pretty sure my bread is a couple days old was so dry and crumbly I had to ask for more lettuce cucumber and tomato as they put the tiniest slices of tomato and cucumber and like 6 shreds of lettuce. Yuck I want a refund

Poor customer service. Zero conversation. Not saying staff must chat, but even if I had of wanted to, this guy was grim as. I asked him if he was having a bad day in a nice way and sometimes that gives a hint that they're being a bit off or moody and staff usually brighten up from that question. But this guy just tried to justify his attitude. Awful. I left very promptly and will not be returning. I like good customer service. Like I said, doesn't have to chat but a smile or a "how are you today?" wouldn't go a miss. I asked him how he was and NOTHING in return. He really did well at making me feel like a huge inconvenience to him HAVING to make me a sub. I asked a couple questions about the bread as they recently took my fave bread away and they happened to be out of the alternative at this store. So naturally a question is warranted...? Obviously not. Was going to eat in but this dude made me want to leave, pronto. Currently eating me sub in my car. 👎👎👎👎
