Visited Fish on the Green for birthday get together.
Easily on par with the big West End names: J Sheekey, Bentley's and Scott's of Mayfair.
The restaurant was perfectly understated as were the staff. Just the right level of attentiveness.
Has some fantastic oysters, shellfish cocktail and lemon sole.
Will sure to be back very soon..

The food was lovely and the staff were great. We had dinner with my Dad who stuggles to hear (even with a hearing aid). The ceiling and wall surfaces are very hard and the reflected noise made it very uncomfortable for him. Some furnishings or wall coverings would have helped dampen the noise.

Excellent meal, very clean attractive venue. My only slight surprise was less fish dishes to choose from than I'd imagined. Good also therefore for customers who don't really like fish as much. It was a Wednesday evening though so maybe this had some baring on that. Wine selection was very good. Staff were delightful. Exceptional olives!

My first visit to this restaurant with friends who had been before. A relaxing atmosphere with excellent Jazz ballards playing at just the right volume in the background. We had the lunch menu. The choice for all three courses were excellent. So it took a while to decide as I would have liked to order all of it! The standard of food was excellent for all four of us. It ranks equally with some of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Very friendly staff.

Went for my birthday and had an amazing lobster. Its not for you if you are a big eater. Portions are small but delicious. I like how they serve bottled wine by attaching it to your table. Not a romantic atmosphere but candles add a much needed touch to the ambiance. I found it odd the staff dont know what fish is available, keep needi g to go to the kitchen to check. On the whole, disappointing choices.

Really good. My wife’s Lemon Sole was perfectly cooked, soft buttery, and utterly enjoyed. I had the Lobster, it too was yummy. The lobster was soft and delicious with no hint of tension in the meat as often can be the case.
This is definitely a come back too place

What an excellent seafood experience. Fish on the Green is what Loch Fyne should aspire to be. It offers a humbling service. How helpful were the staff? Amazingly helpful, so bubbly and happy. They are great company. The bright, sea themed surroundings complemented the cuisine beautifully. The food is freshly prepared with care, delicious and superbly presented. Service is fast and attentive. Great value for money.
