Expected this place to be rammo on Good Friday but it was quite pleasant.
Can't speak highly enough of the staff, who were super attentive to one of our party that has sadly got full house in allergy bingo. The staff checked with them, advised on food choices, and even came back to apologise when they forgot to mention something. You don't often get that level of care and attention in the world of pub grub, and it makes a big difference.
Food itself was excellent. Recommend the apple pie crumble, and I'm not usually a dessert kinda guy.

Good local pub with ideal beer garden. Recently visited with my bro for a quick after work pint, can't knock it. Similar to others we did both forget to input car regs resulting in parking fines. However bar staff and management were friendly and quick to rectify and overturn these for us. Kelly was very helpful. Thanks and will visit again soon

Our gorgeous little local! We are so lucky to have it in our community. The staff are so lovely and always make sure we are well looked after. Been visiting for 20+ years and in my opinion it is the best it has ever been in terms of service, management, quality and staff.

Booked a private function for my dad’s 70th. Marie and the staff looked after us and went that extra mile to ensure dad and all guests had a lovely time. Thank you all so much the food was delicious as well

What a fabulous night on 2 march. Three birthdays to celebrate. Staff were absolutely amazing friendly very informative about the menu and wine. There were 16 of us at the celebration and everyone was so impressed we had never been to the three stag’s before. We will certainly be going back. The venue itself was very pleasant and so homely. Thank you to each and everyone of you especially our lovely server Nicola. 🥰

Food and service brilliant. The new lad behind the bar was friendly and efficient even whilst training. Our waitress was lovely, didn't catch her name dark hair and glasses. My mum had a lovely birthday here. Great choice of food for children too.

Just been for a Birthday lunch with my Husband and we both really enjoyed ourselves. The pub was busy as they had a funeral party in. The staff were very helpful and friendly despite being raced off their feet.
We went for the 3 course set price meal which was fantastic value for money and plenty of choice. We’ll definitely come again.

We come here often. Great local pub. Dependable food. Staff are amazing. Recently retained top marks for cleanliness etc - not surprising given the cleaner is a local legend! Would definitely recommend. Try out quiz night on a Wednesday.

Great place for a Sunday lunch. Really nice and attentive service, great value for money and really enjoyed the food too. Only improvement I'd suggest is make sure you serve on hot plates, makes such a difference.

Excellent night as usual at the quiz. We have been coming for years and the food and service is always great. The quiz night is a highlight of our week every Wednesday. Quizmaster Paul and all of the team are always very friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend it to anyone!

Went for the pub quiz which is hosted every Wednesday and both the quiz and food were lovely. Staff were really nice and welcoming. Highly recommend the mixed grill, fish and chips, and waffles! :)

3 of us popped in for a meal at 8pm on a Thursday evening.
We ordered 2 x gammons and a chorizo plate and all meals were excellent.
Service was friendly and helpful and the beer selection was good.
We could only get a table on the bar side, but there were plenty to choose from.

Great Christmas meal. Service was excellent, friendly staff who had time to talk and chat, good fun. Food was excellent, and so much of it (not sure of the veggy options sorry). And finally the whole atmosphere was welcoming, friendly and unhurried throughout the afternoon. Big thanks to the whole team for such an effort.
Just don't tell too many people until we've got our table sorted for best Yr!

Amazing pub. A big group work meal and Kelly and the staff have been great from the beginning.
Nothing was too much trouble and all issues were sorted straight away. Would highly recommend this to anyone for a small intimate meal or something bigger.

Extremely easy to book a table ,and when we arrived we were very warmly welcome ,and even moved to a warmer area as my elderly mother was with us .
Once we had ordered, our food arrived quickly and was well presented and we all enjoyed our meals . Staff were attentive but not overly so

We always used to end up in the Three Staggs on Christmas day as I was growing up, it's a really great pub, with a decent size to it, a great beer garden and a friendly atmosphere!
I would recommend this place to families at weekends, or groups at weekend nights as there's a really buzzing atmosphere when this place gets busy. You can't move in there over the Christmas period! The food is excellent, mainly gastro pub stuff though!
They have a full bar, including every spirit imaginable under the sun! A small but concise wine list that's enough to excite anyone's palate, a range of draught beers and ales and a range of bottled beers. The food is fairly cheap, as are the drinks, and they occasionally have events such as pub quizzes and the like!

Perennially just-refurbished we popped in for lunch and found a pleasant environment with open fire. Food was good (if from a limited menu) and quickly served. Real ale was excellent.
Can imagine it is still as popular in the evenings as it always was although now a lot more foody than drink.

An ember inn restaurant, this has a really great choice of food, and seems to have quite fast service too. YThe beer is good. Furnishings are cmfortable, with lots of leather sofs ect, I do really like this pub.
