Friendly helpful staff. Compact, comfortable, unique rooms with beautiful vista over open ground containing wildlife. Binoculars on table to help nature lovers. Very tasty breakfast too!

Fabulous night stay - Amy and Becky at reception were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my sister and I enjoyed our time here during a difficult couple of days. The room was spotless and the power shower was great, along with the double bed. There’s a reason this is often regarded as the best hotel in Beccles!
The best Sunday Lunch I’ve had in years! Roast beef, cauliflower cheese, potatoes, carrots etc everything was lovely! (Didn’t have time to take photos of the food as tucked in too quick)
