I'm a wheelchair user. My partner and I visited this Gregg's and have dietary requirements. The Manager Tash made my partner a baguette with no tomato. Nothing too much trouble as long as they're not too busy.

Cakes and coffees surprisingly cheap. Comfortable seating area. Gets bust at times but staff are quick and helpful.
A very clean, spacious shop. You can takeaway or eat in. A very large selection of hot/cold food and drinks. All the staff were very friendly and polite
Lovely place with lovely staff were its always great to enjoy a coffee and some tasty cakes.

used this Greggs two days ago. Just wanted to say i found the staff lovely. One young lady in particular who helped an elderly lady who accidently dropped her drink on the floor.The young lady got her another drink and was very concerned for her welfare.Well done and keep up the good work all of you. We do appreciate how hard you all work.

However, every time I've used this option, I've had to wait behind someone placing an order. Kind of takes away the intended benefit of c and c 🤦♂

I like Greggs because it offers good value for money and the food and coffee is very good. Beccles Greggs does not have a lot of seating and if you are unlucky you might find yourself seated at a table with a gale from the air conditioning blowing over you. Having said that the staff are very pleasant and helpful.
