The chequers is a lovely pub on the road between horton conquest and Ampthil. The place offers sweet, relaxed and friendly service. Drinks are reasonably priced with a good choice. Food is beautifully done and very tasty.
The food was reasonably priced, the garden was spacious and had lots to do for children, dog friendly and lots of variety on the menu! The strawberry daquari mousse was delicious!
